Check the Gateway and the enabled OwnMem plugin. Verify the platform URL, space ID, generation and token locally. An active binding does not prove an external environment is online. Keep credentials out of screenshots.

Download and extract, then follow the installer step in your binding guide. The installer installs its runtime dependency without upgrading OpenClaw core. Restart the Gateway when current work can be interrupted.

Not every message becomes a memory. Review extracted facts because they can be inaccurate. Native OpenClaw files and platform memories are separate copies.

Parsing, indexing and AI summaries are different operations. Model timeouts can prevent a summary without removing the parsed document. Check the error before uploading another copy.

The account preference synchronizes with space settings. It does not rewrite existing personality, SOUL, historical memory or a task already running.

Pause the plugin, review release notes and back up credentials, cursor, journals and private state. Keep a valid token for an ordinary upgrade. Never delete the cursor to replay history. Older states may need the documented migration.

Wallet shows account balances and records. Level and credit are existing account records, separate from model allowances or subscriptions in AI spaces. Check the actual allowance and payment environment before buying.
